EasyCard

EasyCard, the smart card reader you've always wanted!

The EasyCard is a retrofit smart card reader which will be connected to the DriveRight. With an EasyCard in the vehicle, drivers must identify themselves using the EasyCard Smart Card. The driver ID is then automatically entered into the DriveRight, so the driver does not have to enter a code manually any longer (and no mistakes can be made). In addition, if required, only authorized drivers can use that specific vehicle because an immobilizer is part of the product.

The EasyCard Manager (card programming device) gives the Fleet Manager the possibility to set up a full system of driver authorization. He can give a driver authorization for only one vehicle, for a group of vehicles or for all vehicles. Included is the EasyCard Supervisor Card, which can be used by the fleet manager and the installer of the DriveRight to release the immobilizer and all keys on the DriveRight monitor. There are two versions of the EasyCard Manager available, one using USB and another using the serial port.

As the EasyCard is a retrofit product, all currently used DriveRight Trip 500AL's and DriveRight 600's can be equipped with this accessory.
